Women's Day Conference 2026

Friday 6th March 2026
The Xara Lodge

This year's theme is forward-looking as the conference is focused on Building a Balanced Future for 21st Century Work and Life.

Through real stories, lived experiences, and practical solutions, the conference explores how workplaces can better support modern realities, from caregiving and parenthood to equality and wellbeing.

The Conference consists of 2 panel discussions that will focus on "The Visible Struggle: Malta’s Work-Life (im)balance" and "The Invisible Load: Unseen Pressures Shaping the Modern Workforce". 2 workshops will follow that will relate to the panel discussions. These will help participants identify the changes needed at a personal, national and organisational levels and to develop concrete recommendations for future planning.

The aim of the Conference is to create a workforce that truly works for everyone.
