  • “Hear to Help" Wellbeing Helpline Set Up in Response to COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, we've closed our educational workshops in order to safeguard participants. For the foreseeable future our work will focus on assisting community wellbeing. All of our services are free. Our new helpline on +356 9932 0977 (open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday) is available if you are experiencing wellbeing concerns due to the impact of COVID-19 on your everyday life.

Our staff will listen to your concerns, and will potentially refer you to our partner psychologists/psychiatrists for an initial assessment and ongoing support, all via phone or Skype. You can also message us on Facebook, or e-mail on info@fidem.org.mt. You are not alone, do reach out to us - we are stronger together.

We ask anyone with a pre-existing mental health condition to carry on with their treatment plan and to contact their doctor or psychologist/psychiatrist.

Along with a team of fellow lawyers, our Founder, Dr. Sabine Agius Cabourdin, is offering pro-bono legal advice to anyone who has a legal issue caused by the COVID-19 pandemic - for example employment or housing concerns.

To request legal aid, please e-mail on info@fidem.org.mt and we will get back to you.
